Bright Front Desk replies to requests sent on this site. This page covers visitors in the United States. Questions go to hello@brightfrontdesk.com.
A street address and a phone number are not published yet. Both will be added here when the business registration is finished. Until then, email is the way to reach us. We do not send marketing email while no postal address is published.
What we collect
On the form we collect your name, company, email, whether you want a call or a quote, a phone number if you choose to give one, a time if you suggest one, and your agreement to these terms. In chat we collect your name, email, company, website, and the questions you ask. You choose what to type.
Do not send a card number, a government identity number, or health information. We do not ask for those, and we do not take payment on this site.
On the signing page we collect the name, company, email, and phone you enter, the signature mark you draw, and the internet address and browser of the connection that submits the signature. We keep those with the services and the price that were already on the link, as the record of the agreement.
The host, Netlify, may keep a technical log of the connection, including an IP address, the browser, and the time, in order to run and protect the site. The typeface is loaded from Google Fonts, and Google receives that file request. We do not use advertising cookies, analytics products, or social-media pixels.
Why we use it
We use these details to reply to the request you sent, to send one confirmation to the email you gave, and to keep the request on our desk so it is not lost. A phone number is used only for that reply. We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for advertising. We do not add you to a marketing list, and we do not send promotional text messages.
Why we are allowed to
You sent the request and asked us to reply. That request is the permission we rely on. You can withdraw it by writing to hello@brightfrontdesk.com. We then stop, except for a record we still need in order to show what was requested or to meet a legal duty.
Where it is stored
A copy arrives at hello@brightfrontdesk.com. The same request is added to a private spreadsheet. Both are held with Google. Netlify delivers the form. These providers may store the information in the United States. We do not sell it onward.
How long we keep it
We keep a request while we are replying to it. If you ask us to delete it, we delete it from the desk spreadsheet and from the mailbox we control, unless we must keep a copy to show what was agreed or to meet a legal duty.
Your requests
You may ask what we hold, ask for a correction, ask for a deletion, or withdraw permission to reply. Email hello@brightfrontdesk.com. We answer within 45 days.
Residents of California, and of other US states that give these rights, may ask for access or deletion in the same way. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context advertising, and we do not treat you differently for asking.
Children
This site is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If we learn that we have, we delete it.
