We answer the line during the hours named in the quote, qualify the caller, and offer a time. It is booked when the caller accepts.
We reply to customer email during the hours named in the quote, and keep the thread moving until the customer books or the thread is closed.
We take the chat on your site, collect the details the customer chooses to give, and answer the usual questions.
When nobody picks up during the agreed hours, we text or call back about that missed call and offer a time. The customer decides whether to take it.
On the schedule named in the quote, we go through the quiet list you give us and invite those customers back to a conversation.
Demonstration
A customer called while the team was busy. The desk wrote back, offered a time, and in this example the customer took it.
This is an example of the missed-call path, not a promise that every inquiry is booked. Inbound calls, email, chat, and past customers are held on the same desk.
The desk, in the open
Answer inbound calls, customer email, and chat during the hours named in the quote. Text or call back a miss during those hours, and book a time only when the customer accepts. On the agreed schedule, invite quiet past customers back.
You own the phone number and the calendar. We are a user on both. You set the hours, the questions, and when a call must come to you. Cancel with thirty days’ notice.
Questions
Inbound calls, customer email, and chat, during the hours named in a written quote. Missed calls get a follow-up about that call. Past customers are invited back on the schedule in the quote.
During the hours named in the quote, a miss gets a text or a call back about that call, with a time offered. This page does not promise a number of minutes, and it does not promise that the customer will book.
The desk does. Email is answered in the thread. Chat on your site collects the customer’s name, email, company, and website, then answers the usual questions.
On the schedule named in the quote, the desk goes through the quiet list you provide and invites those customers to a conversation. A meeting is booked only if they accept.
You do. The desk is a user on both. You set the hours, the questions, and when a call must come to you.
Nothing is priced on this site, and this form does not charge a card. A written quote comes first. You can decline it and owe nothing. Work starts only after you accept the quote.
Schedule a call or request a quote on this page. When the services and the price are agreed, we send a link. You fill in your name, company, email, and phone, and you sign. We keep the signature, the email, the time, and the connection address. You can also write to hello@brightfrontdesk.com.
We use them to reply and to keep the request on our desk so it is not lost. We do not sell them or use them for advertising. The privacy policy says what is stored, where it is kept, and how to ask for a correction or deletion.
No. A reply is about the request you sent. We do not add you to a marketing list, and we do not send promotional texts. Phone, if you give one, is used only for that reply.
Before a quote is accepted, there is nothing to cancel and nothing to refund. After work starts, the terms set thirty days’ notice and refund the fee for agreed hours we missed. Write to hello@brightfrontdesk.com before a payment dispute.
